Qi Gong Term 1 2019

Term 1

Qi Gong draws on ideas of Taoism that develop harmony through gentle flowing movements, deep breathing and calm mental focus. The aim is to achieve relaxation, fitness, balance and increased vitality. Qi Gong can assist overall health and healing, and could contribute to improvements in general mood, and decrease in stress and anxiety.

Our tutor Kang Ja Lee, who has 3rd level Shibashi Qigong and yoga meditation qualifications, has run falls prevention and other rehabilitation programs throughout Northern Sydney.
