xxSem2 - 134 Drawing with Graphite

2019 Term4 - 134
Basic drawing methods and composition will be taught in this exciting workshop. The drawing with graphite method will start with a pencil and graphite bar sketch, and finished with brush and water. Because graphite is water soluble, your drawing will be ‘transformed’ into tonal watercolour. Charcoal will be used only for adding darkest accents. This technique is easier to control than traditional watercolours and simpler because it is tonal - black and white only. It is great for studies, sketches, or it can be a finished detailed drawing. Some drawing experience required.
